Mario Navarro Rosales is a visual artist with over twenty years of experience in Mexico and abroad. Originally from Guadalajara, he found his path in the visual arts in the 1990s while studying at the Cabañas Cultural Institute. His artistic evolution has been marked by constant experimentation and a powerful visual narrative.

His work, influenced by urban art, comics, and mass culture, explores human emotions through characters that oscillate between reality and imagination. With a chameleon-like style and vigorous brushstrokes, his pieces range from subtle to impactful, creating a sensory experience that confronts the viewer in unexpected ways.

Navarrorosales incorporates elements into his paintings that transcend the frame, using external textures and materials that enrich his pictorial language. His work is a reflection of contemporary society, where childhood, old age, abandonment, and nostalgia coexist with a chromatic explosion that leaves a mark on the soul.

After a hiatus in his career, he returned to painting with renewed passion, finding a new source of inspiration in fatherhood. His series "Non desistas, non exieris" (Do not desist, do not exist) is a testament to his evolution, where the simplicity of the backgrounds gives prominence to the color and the figure, allowing the message to be expressed without distractions.
