Shipping & Returns Terms for Artworks

JB Galería – English Version

1. Scope

Applies to all artworks purchased from JB Galería, covering domestic shipments within Mexico and international shipments solely to the United States and Canada.

2. Delivery times and costs

• Within Mexico: 4–7 business days, free shipping.
• USA & Canada: 6–9 business days; an extra shipping fee is added at checkout.
• Museum-grade packing is included in the artwork price and (where applicable) the shipping fee.

3. Packing & handling

Custom crates with conservation-grade materials, reinforced corners and protective wraps.

4. Tracking, insurance & delivery

All shipments include tracking and insurance. Recipient must inspect the package before signing and report visible damage within 24 hours.

5. International responsibilities and charges

• The international fee covers freight and handling.
• Duties, import taxes and customs brokerage fees are NOT included. The courier will collect these charges from the customer to clear the shipment through customs, in accordance with the destination country’s regulations and the merchandise value.
• Shipments include a commercial invoice, artistic declaration and certificate of authenticity.

6. Return policy

30-day window; artwork must be returned pristine in its original packaging. A logistics fee applies (flat within Mexico; variable for USA & Canada). Refund is issued after inspection confirms perfect condition.

7. How to request a return

Email Contacto@jbgaleria.com.mx with order number, reason and photos. You’ll receive return instructions, label and logistics fee. After we inspect the returned artwork (max 5 business days), we confirm your refund.
